Banana Mint Smoothie

1/2 Cup of Water
3 Sprigs of Mint
1/2 Cup of Spinach
4 Bananas, peeled

Blend all of the ingredients together for a cooling banana smoothie. This is such an excellent way to mix fruits and vegetables together into a smoothie that feels awesome in your mouth.

Make sure you experiment with mint in your smoothies for the ultimate raw vegan smoothies possible. Try it on a hot summer day, or when you’re stuck inside and want to feel like it’s the summer.
