This past winter, I invested in a Blackburn Trainer for my bike. I was able to put the back wheel up on a resistance wheel and workout all winter long in the comforts of my basement.

e wall, I decided to make my workouts more about intensity than time. When the warm season came, I was in great shape for intervals, but needed to target my distance rides more. All in all, I would not have changed much.

I created a video on how to mount your bike on a trainer, and some tips I found for getting the trainer cheap, which was a huge plus.

Awesome! These bad boys can get a little expensive, so make sure you hit up Ebay or Craigslist to get them on the cheap. I would love one of these, alas I have limited room and since its summer, I am constantly outside biking, but this is ideal to stay in tip top shape during the winter. Great tips, baby!!
