Day 3 | 30 Days Raw Food Diet

Today is my 3rd day on the 80/10/10 diet. Great day so far, learning a lot about a new food – dates! High calories, easy to consume. Good when I’m feeling full but need more calories.

Beautiful day in Ann Arbor today. Enjoyed some biking and hanging out with the puppy! Watch the video to see what happened to my headache.

    Hi, congrats to a great start! I’ve found greens really satisfy cravings and really help keep weight on if need be, perhaps because calcium helps absorb fat. Good Luck!
