About the oatmeal and cinnamon, I&#039;m shooting for the 80/10/10 approach, which does not include grains or spices. I have nuts occasionally, but try to keep my fat percentage down.

		<description>Headaches are from you starting a raw food diet. When I start a raw food diet I get headaches and a slight sore throat. Goes away in about a week. Hang in there. Then it&#039;s feeling awesome for there on forward. 

Try this - 1 banana, 1tsp peanut butter, dash of cinnamon, 1/4C oatmeal, and 1/2 - 3/4C nut milk - It is soooo yummy! 

Today, I am craving mango sushi. Found a great recipe for spicy mango-avocado sushi - mmm.... can&#039;t wait to try. ;)</description>
