Raw Food Chocolate Ice Cream
2 Cups of Frozen Berries (Strawberries, Bananas, Goji, Blueberries)
1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar (for sweetness)
1/4-1/3 Cup Apple Juice
3-5 Tablespoons Carob Powder
Hand mash everything together using a potato masher or a fork. I like mine chunky, so I don’t worry about getting all of the berries mashed.
Throw it back in the freezer and scoop out a little whenever your sweet tooth hits you.
** Remember – this is super healthy, so you’re not cheating if you delight in this delicious dessert. Have it anytime you want, and you’ll still be eating healthy.
