Banana Mint Smoothie

1/2 Cup of Water
3 Sprigs of Mint
1/2 Cup of Spinach
4 Bananas, peeled

Blend all of the ingredients together for a cooling banana smoothie. This is such an excellent way to mix fruits and vegetables together into a smoothie that feels awesome in your mouth.

Make sure you experiment with mint in your smoothies for the ultimate raw vegan smoothies possible. Try it on a hot summer day, or when you’re stuck inside and want to feel like it’s the summer.

Kiwi Banana Smoothie for Raw Vegans

2 Kiwi’s – with or without skin 1 Banana 2 Oranges (peeled) 1 Mango 1/2 Apple (for sweetness, to taste) Blend it or juice it. You’re going to love the taste! The apple is just for taste — I don’t put apple in most of the time, unless I am in the mood for a really sweet juice. Apples can change the entire flavor, and have a high water content. Use as much, or as little apple as you’d like. The kiwi’s have a great flavor, without being acidic. They go so well with bananas. Think of how good you’ll feel when you have one of these! Simple Carrot and Greens Juice

Ingredients: 2 Handfuls of Spinach 3-4 large Carrots This is a super easy pick-me-up. Just throw 3-4 carrots and a few handfuls of spinach or arugula into your blender/juicer and drink the sweet green nectar that comes out.
