Muscle Building, Super Bendy Green Breakfast Smoothie

1 Large Handful of Spinach 1 Large Handful of Parsley 2 stalks of Rainbow Chard 1 Bell Pepper (any color) 2 Cloves of Garlic 1 inch of Ginger 3 Carrots Juice or blend all ingredients. This is super awesome for your post-workout, or anytime through-out the day. Remember — your body builds its muscle at night, when you’re sleeping. You need to give it everything it could possibly need to make sure you get stronger and get more bendy. This is an excellent way to add more greens to your diet, with or without the fiber. V-8 Clone for Raw Foodists

2 Servings Juice the following together and enjoy a great clone of the famous V-8. 1 Tomato 2 Carrots 2 Green Onions (omit if you don’t like it ’spicy’) 1 Cup Red Cabbage 1 Bell Pepper (Any color, but red leads to a more red colored drink) 2 Celery stalks 1/2 Cucumber I love to drink this if I know I won’t get great nutrients when I go out. Super Simple Raw Carrot Juice

Raw Banana Pudding

1 Ripe Banana (Cheap by the pound!) 1/2 Dozen Soaked Dates 3 Peaches (Without pits) 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 Vanilla Bean Soak the dates overnight, or for 30 minutes if you’re in a pinch. Also, you can add soaked cashews to the mix for a little more protein. Read more...
